Returns

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached

Items must be returned in original clear packaging with SKU label

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval

For split shipments, the return window begins after the final package is delivered

Worn, washed, or damaged items

Items without original tags or packaging

Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet the requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be declined

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect

In cases of shipping error or damage, return shipping will be covered

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved
